Justin was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from the Kelley School of Business majoring in finance and supply chain management with a minor in economics.
After investing in single family homes, Justin discovered a more powerful way to build generational wealth and create time freedom for himself and his family- investing in multifamily apartment buildings.
Justin educated himself on the powerful benefits of apartment investing and learned there are far superior ways to invest capital, other than a traditional 401K or relying on the unpredictable stock market. Now he wants to help you do the same!

He teamed up with Eric Bodiwala and using his engineering background as a complement to Eric’s marketing background built what is Elevate today. Jorge uses his engineering knowledge to manage all of the construction projects.
With more than 12 years of real estate and construction experience, Jorge is second to none when it comes to evaluating & renovating properties. Currently 3,168 Units and $280M of Multifamily assets under management.

Eric has been responsible for acquiring, rehabbing, wholesaling, and selling in excess of $500 million worth of real estate in a variety of locations which include both residential and commercial properties.
He has extensive experience in raising capital, managing private equity funds, and creating investment portfolios to achieve the greatest possible ROI for investors. Eric currently has $125M of assets under management totaling 1720 units.
