  • Statistics confirm that millennials prefer to rent, creating a huge demand for affordable housing.
  • Apartments have great economies of scale.  As the number of units increase and more rental income is collected, the operating cost per unit decreases. 
  • Apartments allow the owner to control the investment. The value of your house is determined by comparable properties in the area. Not apartments! The value of an apartment complex is determined by the net operating income the property is producing.

Justin Goodin I Founder/CEO

Justin was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from the Kelley School of Business majoring in finance and supply chain management with a minor in economics.


After investing in single family homes, Justin discovered a more powerful way to build generational wealth and create time freedom for himself and his family- investing in multifamily apartment buildings. 


Justin educated himself on the powerful benefits of apartment investing and learned there are far superior ways to invest capital, other than a traditional 401K or relying on the unpredictable stock market. Now he wants to help you do the same!
