Meet Justin

---

Justin was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He graduated from the Kelley School of Business majoring  in finance and supply chain management with a minor in  economics. Justin attended business school while serving  in the Indiana Army National Guard and got started in real estate by investing in single family houses.

After graduation, Justin gained valuable  experience working as a multifamily  underwriter for a commercial bridge lender in Indiana. Realizing that there was more to life than going down the predetermined path of working a W2 job and investing in a 401K, Justin founded Next Level Equity to help busy professionals build generational wealth through passive real estate investing.

Justin has invested a tremendous amount of time and money into his company to make sure he is successful and that he has the right leaders in his corner. He has several past and current mentors that he works directly with to  leverage their knowledge and expertise in the apartment syndication space. Justin’s first mentor was Mark Kenney, founder of Think Multifamily, who currently owns over 8,000 multifamily units  in many different markets. He has also worked with David Toupin, co-founder of Obsidian Capital. David is a multifamily syndicator that currently owns over 1,000 multifamily units at the age of 26. Lastly,  Justin proudly works with Annie Dickerson and Julie Lam who founded Goodegg Investments,  who currently own over 8,000 multifamily units in their portfolio. 

Justin lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and 2 dogs. In his spare time, Justin serves as a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and volunteers at a local hospice.

Justin founded Next Level Equity, a company dedicated to helping busy professionals passively invest in real estate syndications so that they can live a life by design now, instead of  waiting until they retire. 

Last but not least, Justin is the lead analyst for Elevate Commercial Investment Group based in Dallas, Texas. Jorge Abreu and Eric Bodiwala, co-founders of Elevate CIG, have acquired over 6,000 multifamily units in various high growth markets.
